Area Sales Manager Eastern Europe & MEA

Functie

  • Define and translate the sales strategy in different tactics for your region, together with the Eastern Europe OHSD & DS Manager.
  • Be responsible for the sale of all Dynaco Europe products within your area which includes 4 brands portfolio with different positioning, pricing, and objectives.
  • Be responsible for the existing dealers in your region with whom you maintain and further develop the relations; in addition, you will visit and appoint new dealers to increase market coverage.
  • Support your customers through individual consulting, training and support when needed (eg. trade shows, lead generation, end-customers visits and large deal project follow-up).
  • Closely monitor the results and sales figures in your region and based on quotes pipelines, provide the management with regional forecasts on regular basis.
  • Provide global market intelligence and competitor activity as part of your reporting to the management.

Jouw profiel

  • Has 8+ years of experience in a sales role and proven experience in the development of a distribution network in an international B2B environment.
  • Speaks English and one Eastern European langugage fluently.
  • Has industry experience in at least one of the 2 following products: Overhead sectional door or Docking products.
  • Owns the ability to communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening, coaching and presentation skills.
  • Is autonomous and flexible and can plan his/her days and weeks efficiently. You are home-based and are prepared to travel up to 50% of your time.

  • Het budget van commerciële acties opvolgen
  • Een marktgebied opvolgen: Europees
  • Locaties voor winkels zoeken
    Vastgoedcontracten onderhandelen (bouwvergunning, ...)
  • Een marktgebied opvolgen: Mondiaal
  • Een marktgebied opvolgen: Regionaal
  • Een marktgebied opvolgen: Nationaal
  • Commerciële contracten met aankoopcentrales onderhandelen (referenties, tariefcharter, promotionele acties, ...)
