As Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Initiate proactive contact with potential customers via outbound calls.
- Follow up with potential customers to maintain constant communication.
- Work closely with the France Key Account Manager to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of new business by :
- Increasing brand awareness.
- Presenting new collections.
- Actively participate in the achievement of internal objectives in line with the KPIs defined for the department.
- Travel to :
- Present new collections.
- Visit customers.
Ideal profile for the position of Inside Sales Representative:
- Fluent in German and English.
- First professional experience in Inside sales or Sales, ideally in the textile sector.
- Is sales-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
