Internship Sales, Commercial and Logistics Coordination Support

Our Sales Original Equipment department is in Brussels (Anderlecht) and coordinates Bosch Mobility Solution presales, sales and supporting activities towards our Automotive customers located within the Benelux. You will be part of the Sales Commercial Logistics Coordination team, working for a big Japanese customer in multicultural environment.


Sales, Commercial & Logistics Coordination Support:

  • Reporting of logistic and financial KPIs
  • SAP Order management – account receivables reporting
  • Change management: Distributing documents via customer portal
  • Logistics claims : registration and follow up
  • Interest for finance and accounting topics
  • Customer specific requirements : Registration and follow-up
  • Project work

General support for sales, logistics and commercial team.


You are currently a business student with, by preference, specialization Business Administration, Logistics and Finance.

Languages: fluent in English. German / Dutch / French is a plus.

Very good computer skills in MS Office (e.g., Excel and PowerPoint); SAP is an asset.

Very good analytical and communication skills.

Organized and structured problem solver.

Pro-active towards process improvements.

Ability to work independently and with deadlines.


If you are a student enrolled in a University/College (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 1035,30/month.

- If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a work permit in Belgium.

- In case that you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a member state of the EU.
