Your role

As a Key Account Manager mobile at Samsung, you will be at the forefront of our business strategy, driving sales and forging strong relationships with our key accounts. Your role is multifaceted and dynamic, involving strategic planning, data analysis, marketing coordination, and budget management.

Your responsibilities

As our Key Account manager mobile your key responsibilities include:

Key Account management:

  • You will develop and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction levels through strategic annual and quarterly business planning.
  • Leverage new product introductions, manage end-of-life product cycles, and capitalize on new retail openings and marketing propositions to uncover and seize business opportunities.
  • Regularly visit and support key accounts, negotiate deals, and ensure optimal product availability. You will adhere to company guidelines for product mix and collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish annual agreements.
  • Represent Samsung at both company account events, where you will provide product information and strengthen relationships with key accounts.

Report & Analyses:

  • Generate clear, comprehensive sales reports (weekly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) detailing the sales process, status, and forecasts. Your insights will ensure full visibility into the sales process and support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze turnover data, gather recent marketing information, monitor inventory aging, and manage invoices. Your analytical skills will help optimize sales strategies and performance.

Marketing/Brand Awareness:

  • Propose strategic sales initiatives and promotional activities to highlight new products, aligning with marketing department guidelines.
  • Increase Samsung’s brand presence among customers, driving sales through effective marketing and brand promotion efforts.
  • Ensure that marketing actions are accurately translated and effectively implemented, leveraging customer marketing plans to maximize impact.

Internal communication:

  • Maintain seamless communication with the sales team and other departments (credit & collection, order processing, marketing team, legal...)
  • Ensure a collaborative approach for alignment and efficiency across the organization.

Budget management:

  • Ensure that the sales budget is allocated effectively according to company guidelines, maximizing return on investment and driving strategic growth.
