As we continue to grow fast and evolve, we are excited to announce that we are opening two Sales Director roles to join, lead and grow our dynamic sales team of currently 16 Business Consultants. On our journey to develop the right sales methodologies and empowering the structure to develop top talent, the Sales Director position will be a critical part of the sales organization as they focus on Growth in the markets we are present in but also develop and execute on a strategy to grow a customer base across the Food & Beverage industry. We are looking for a true leader passionate about coaching and development, willing to roll up their sleeves and ensure we provide the best customer experience. You will inspire and coach a team of 6 to 9 Business Consultants to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while hitting targets and managing key performance indicators. Collaborating closely with your fellow Sales Director and reporting directly to one of our Managing Directors who leads the Sales and Marketing efforts, you and your team are focused on bringing the Taste Institute’s Sensory Evaluations and Superior Taste Awards to the world of Food and Beverage. You will be part of the Leadership Team and will work closely with both Managing Directors, to shape the vision and mission of the company. Together, you will align sales strategies with the company's overarching goals and contribute to its realization. Responsibilities Drive our growth Drive and execute the vision and strategy to accelerate our growth, empower our team and create value for our customers for the markets you will manage. Set your team up to succeed in hitting the targets consistently through effective pipeline generation and revenue retention strategies, leveraging modern sales techniques. Lead top-to-top initiatives to develop and grow our partnerships with big clients and prospects. Leverage your network and relationships to foster growth. Ensure a "customer-first" approach, focusing on long-term revenue growth and customer value. Identify, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators to monitor business health. Regularly report on your market's performance and your team results. Recommend scalable operational solutions to support continued growth. Possess strong general management capabilities, including trend reporting and business planning. Demonstrate a growth mindset, being innovative and proactive in problem-solving while being a strong team player. Develop your team & talent Lead and develop a high-caliber team of motivated talent (currently 6-9 Business Consultants) while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Recruit, onboard, coach and develop your team members and contribute to the building the team culture Lead through compassionate management and inspire team excellence by understanding individual career goals. Invest in their career development. Identify learning opportunities and develop scalable materials for the entire organization. Provide constructive feedback and deploy effective performance improvement plans. Lead change management conversations to inspire and unite the team. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of team management experience with at least 4 Individual Contributors Experience collaborating with international teams Fluency in English required; proficiency in any other European/Asian language is a plus Willingness to work in Brussels or relocate EU Work Permit required Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales experience in Internet, Technology industries, or industries using modern selling and prospection methodologies Successful track record of managing, motivating, and developing high-performing teams Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and influence colleagues effectively Proficient analytical and strategic planning skills for business planning Demonstrated ability to be strategic, flexible, and agile in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits Join the leadership team of a fast growing scale-up with a compelling mission Work with a fun and highly motivated team and be part of a truly international company Enjoy an informal yet highly professional work environment in our modern office spaces.
