As a member of the Sales Team you are responsible for the success of 🔗 and our customers! You sell the 🔗 products to any kind of companies, bringing job seekers and employers together.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Account Manager with a solid track record in sales. The ideal candidate should have an hunter mindset, possess a hands-on attitude, out-of-the-box mentality, be results-focused, and have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with prospects and customers at all levels.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying, hunting and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client management, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged.
  • Prepare reports on account status and provide feedback to the management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of [X years] of experience as a Business Developer or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French, German and English. Luxembourgish is a (big) plus.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Being results oriented.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment market and trends.
