International Key Account Manager - EU - Industrial Equipment


You will be responsible for driving sales (products & services) to +20 sales offices (mostly based in Europe) to consolidate market share and support the local sales departments objectives.


Our client is a leading European manufacturer of industrial laundry equipment, this company specialises in producing high-performance machines and finishing equipment for commercial and industrial applications, emphasising innovation, quality, and energy efficiency.


  • Translate sales objectives into action plans to meet departmental goals.
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships to achieve planned turnover.
  • Identify and contact prospects to expand the customer portfolio and increase sales.
  • Negotiate and finalise contracts, considering product range, pricing, and delivery deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of products as agreed with customers.
  • Act as the main contact for customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss and solve day-to-day problems.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and report on opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competition to provide up-to-date customer service.
  • Conduct marketing activities to support the customer portfolio.
  • Guide Account Managers in sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Initiate new sales initiatives with HQ to drive growth.


  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Language skills: English (Spanish, French, German, and other languages are a strong plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Support Account Managers and sales teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
