As Hardware Lead Engineer you will play a key role in the development of a new internal combustion engine (ICE) ECU platform

Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Definition and management of hardware and base software requirements throughout the development cycle and after release to production
▪ Coordination of validation activities, support in defect analysis and resolution planning with appropriate stakeholders
▪ Creation of development deliverables (incl Design For Six Sigma) according the Product Creation Process (PCP)
▪ Initiate and define risk analysis and validation plans for both hardware and software components
▪ Prepare system documentation for release to Manufacturing and After Sales
▪ Alignment with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Software Team, Marketing, After Sales, Manufacturing , Purchasing and Supplier)
▪ The hardware lead engineer reports to the Engineering Supervisor EE System Engineering with respect to process, quality and to the corresponding Project Lead Engineer for project status.

Jouw profiel

▪ Bachelor or a Master Degree in Automotive/Embedded Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 year experience in a coordinating role
▪ 3 years experience with Embedded System Development
▪ Experience with supplier management
▪ Team player, pro-active, strong analytical skills, problem solving attitude
▪ Knowledge of design for Six Sigma methodology
▪ Good English skills are mandatory combined with Dutch (or at least willingness to learn Dutch)
