These two aspects of the role, Business Development & HR, are key in a market that is constantly looking for talent. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Business Developer Market analysis and Lead generation : you will be constantly on the lookout for market trends, customer needs and competitive movements. You'll use this information to identify potential new markets, strategic partnerships and niches to exploit. Sales Strategy Development : You will work with the founder and the marketing manager to define effective strategies to attract new clients, retain existing clients and promote ELVI Partners' services. Developing partnerships and relationships:

You will build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. These relationships are key to driving business growth and opening up new opportunities. Objective-Driven Sales : Drive sales activities with a clear focus on achieving predetermined objectives and targets aligned with overarching company goals. Contract negotiation and monitoring : You will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with clients. This also includes Account management activities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships : At ELVI Partners, we attach great importance to building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and future clients. This means listening carefully to their needs, providing exceptional service and being responsive to their concerns. Maintaining and developing our brand and reputation in the marketplace : by joining ELVI Partners, you become a spokesperson for this brand and its reputation in the marketplace. We actively work to maintain and develop this reputation by providing exceptional services to our customers, delivering on our commitments, and exceeding expectations. We also invest in promoting our brand through various channels, such as industry events and strategic partners, to ensure that our message reaches our target audience and reinforces our position in the marketplace. HR Partner Database development : You will be responsible for developing the pool of candidates and consultants. This may involve publishing vacancies, actively using professional networks such as LinkedIn and others, and actively seeking out new consultants. Interviewing candidates : You will conduct a thorough analysis of candidates by interviewing them to assess their basic and technical skills, their experience and their motivation. You will also carry out reference checks to ensure that they match ELVI Partners' needs and values. Recruitment : For any new assignment with a client, you will be responsible for matching the client's needs with the skills required from the consultant. You will then follow up with the Hiring Manager or the person responsible for recruitment at the client to organise an interview. Placement:

If the candidate is selected and can start working for the client, you are responsible for setting up the collaboration contract between the consultant and ELVI Partners. You will also take the necessary steps to conclude the contract between the client and ELVI Partners. Monitor:

You will also monitor the consultant throughout the assignment. YOUR PROFILE We are looking for a dynamic and passionate professional with the following skills: Demonstrated experience in business development and human resources, preferably in the consulting or professional services sector. Affinity with Procurement, Supply Chain or ESG is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong results orientation. Analytical and strategic mindset, with a thorough understanding of business issues and market trends. Proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit is essential. Dutch or French speaker with a good understanding of the other language and English.
