For Oleon, producer of natural oleochemical products, we are looking for a Strategic Market Manager for Industrial & Lubricants products in Europe. In this position as Strategic Market Manager:

  • You set the sales strategy for your client portfolio, based on a thorough understanding and knowledge of the European market.
  • You are responsible for the growth of European clients in the Lubricants Industry and for the P&L in your region.
  • You manage, motivate, support and inspire the local sales teams in the execution of their strategic sales action plans.
  • You closely follow the sales results, report on them and take the necessary actions to achieve the KPIs.
  • You detect new evolutions and opportunities for product development and in close cooperation with R&D you convert some of them into real corporate investment projects to which you actively contribute.
  • You report to the Corporate Business Manager Lubricants.

  • You have a degree in industrial or civil engineering in chemistry or in bio-engineering.
  • Experience in sales, product or market management in the process industry is essential
  • Like to work in an international context with +-20% travel.
  • You are an inspiring manager who can motivate various personalities and possess good stalkeholdership skills.
  • Fluent in English, French and preferably also Dutch.
