Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards to management with actionable insights.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential areas for expansion in the rental business.

Forecasting and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and marketing plans.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing resource allocation and maximizing ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective implementation of analytical tools and solutions.

Data Management:

  • Manage the data flow and continuously monitor the quality of the database.
  • Quickly detect data discrepancies through regular checks. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to enable efficient correction of these discrepancies.
  • Implement data quality rules and clear instructions for creating and maintaining up-to-date price and inventory lists, contributing to increased business value and improved data quality.

Building a Data-Driven Culture:

  • Contribute to the establishment of a data-driven culture within the company.

Project Management and Software Implementations:

  • Guide or lead new projects or software implementations.
  • Proactively investigate the impact on data, anticipating issues before they arise during implementation.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales and marketing operations.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis.


Jouw profiel

Your Profile:

  • Master’s degree in Commercial Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on sales and marketing. Experience in the rental industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Languages:

  • English: minimum C1 level (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Dutch and/or French: minimum B1 level upon start, and open to level up to C1 within 2 years.

    Documentatie opstellen
  • Gebruikers, klanten en diensten adviseren en hen technisch ondersteunen
  • Normen, standaarden, methodes, tools en procedures voor betrouwbaarheid, onderzoek of informaticaproductie bepalen en toepassen (kwaliteit, beveiliging, ...)
  • Domein: Exploitatiesystemen
  • Meewerken aan een audit van informatiesystemen
    Veranderingen aanbevelen
  • Indicatoren uitwerken en opvolgen
    Controleren of de normen en standaarden door de informaticateams toegepast worden (analyses, exploitatie, productie, ...)
  • Informaticateams informeren of opleiden over de technische aspecten (werking, beveiliging, risico's, ...) of het gebruik van nieuwe informatica- en telecommiddelen
  • Controleren of het risicobeheer van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming toegepast wordt (beveiliging, vertrouwelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid, ...)
  • De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
