VRST Link is looking for a new COO with quite good sales skills.

VRST Link creates books for children for professionals around the globe. Around ⚠ new titles are created on a weekly basis, and more than ⚠ million books sold every year, mainly mass market and hard-discounter (through local editors). More than ⚠.⚠ titles already created, and sold in close to ⚠ languages. Caramel wants to appear strongly societal, thanks to its fun & educational books, its values, its low prices, being sold worldwide in most mass market shops and hard discounters.

The company is particularly proud to have had the label B-Corp label since ⚠. Digitalisation and audio is of course also on the program, while on a more disruptive form (and not optimized yet).

• Have strong sales skills, and a big appetite for sales,
• Speak English as it is the main language with most clients, French and/or Flemish is a plus.
• Have proven his/her capacity to manage projects and small teams, and will be able to develop a vision for the future.
• Have lots of energy, positive and societal values, some financial background, but definitely commercial skills.
  

No competences in publishing are required, but it is imperative to be able to listen to clients, have a practical mind, have strong leadership skills, and put things in action.
