International Sales Deal Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Deal Manager with a background in sales. The ideal candidate should possess a hands-on attitude, out-of-the-box mentality, be process-focused, and have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to develop and create complex compelling, multi-market recruitment solutions in response to customer requests for centralizing their global hiring needs through a single purchasing point.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the deal are coordinated, including product offerings (as per the international portfolio), pricing, and terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate with partners in various markets to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Identify potential and mitigate risks associated with complex deals.
  • Together with the Sales Representatives, to focus on securing contract renewals while actively attracting and acquiring new customers to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate deal approval, execution, and delivery.
  • Monitor and report on deal progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Proven experience in sales or sales operations, with a track record of managing or supporting complex deals and internal negotiations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (SalesForce, SAP) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly adaptable, able to work well in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (mostly within Europe).
  • Proficiency in English.
