HR Director

who'll assist the board in achieving this goal and taking growth to new heights. The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. S/He'll plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. Responsibilities Strategy development & execution , understanding drivers of change for the business and facilitate design of systems and policies for managing human capital before, during & after the change. Lead organization design

efforts to achieve Sales Capability building; Utilize

best practices

associated with talent management, performance management, talent acquisition and onboarding, succession planning, retention, talent development, coaching of leaders and teams, and people mobility across business groups; Contribute to ensuring that

effective reward systems

at EU level; Actively support in

M&A in Europe,

or Global projects on commercial activities; Manage & develop your

team ; Management of

HR Operations : operate as trusted advisor & business partner to senior business leaders, NLT members, C-level leaders … Ensure strategic workforce planning is in place; Collaborate & contribute on the broader HR Organisation; Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent; This position reports to the CEO, and is part of the Executive Leadership Team. Assessing the environment and successfully identifying opportunities and closing gaps to accelerate business performance. Attracting, developing and retaining outstanding talent which represents the available talent pool; developing, growing and retaining talent. Has understanding and experience in set-up

incentive process , design and implementation. Operating across geographic boundaries and cultures. Experienced in massively changing environment (with multi-facetted change management, M&A, …). Master's degree in business, human resources or a related field preferred. Fluent in Dutch & English, any other language is an asset; . Living close to main stakeholders and markets to maximize proximity; You have been managing coaching &

leading the business
