Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: As the Head of Inchcape Academy for Toyota, Lexus and BYD, you will lead the Training Department within Inchcape, focusing on designing and organizing comprehensive training programs for employees withing distribution network. Your primary goal is to enhance the skills and competencies of network personnel through a strategic and integrated approach to training.

Your role : Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an integrated training approach for Inchcape, including KPIs and follow-up mechanisms to ensure the professional development of our dealer network. Formulate a strategic plan for upcoming years, identifying focus areas for training, allocating budgets, and considering both technical and non-technical training needs. Develop an annual training plan for the network based on input from various departments, considering constructor’s requirements and Inchcape's priorities. Represent Inchcape at constructor’s meetings as a partner, advocating for the organization's interests and integrating proposed training programs into the Inchcape offer. Facilitate analysis and evaluation of training needs, staying updated on product developments and internal programs regarding sales and after-sales activities. Support the network and internal departments regarding training issues, including handling inquiries and maintaining contacts with relevant stakeholders. Team Leadership : Lead and manage the training team (3 persons), providing guidance and support in operational aspects of training programs. Training organisation Participate in the operational delivery of select training programs. Ensure overall planning validation and smooth coordination of training schedules. Your experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Proven experience in training management, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
