As a Sales Manager OOH/FS - DACH, you are responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets within assigned food service key accounts and countries. You build strong relationships and develop close partnerships with customers. Your goal is to expand and enhance our position in the food service market. Your key responsibilities are:

Business Planning

  • Lead and monitor comprehensive business and account planning.
  • Analyze category sales, margins, and terms.
  • Manage demand planning within Integrated Business Planning.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Grow and sustain food service business in key accounts.
  • Enhance and diversify the assortment mix.
  • Plan, execute, and assess customer promotions.
  • Drive category development and secure new contracts.
  • Expand distribution and identify new opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Continuously improve operations to maximize customer experience and reduce costs.
  • Optimize discounts and joint marketing expenses.
  • Streamline the outbound value chain with supply chain/logistics.
  • Enhance payment terms and control financial risks.
  • Ensure precise forecasting, including for sales campaigns and assortment changes.


Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Min. 3 years as (KA)M within OOH/FS
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Result-driven person with strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Strong in keeping a clear helicopter view
  • Fluent in Dutch, English & German
